【摘要】 目的 观察中空加压螺钉治疗髋关节后脱位合并股骨头骨折的疗效。方法 应用中空加压螺钉经股骨颈对14例髋关节后脱位合并股骨头骨折患者行内固定手术。结果 经6个月～5年随访，优2例，良8例，可3例，差2例。优良率66.7%。结论 中空加压螺钉治疗髋关节后脱位合并股骨头骨折具有固定可靠、对软骨面损伤小、内固定物易取出、并发症少等优点。

Treatment of posteriordislocation of hip associated with fracture of the femoral head by canulated compressionscrews

【Abstact】 Objective To study the results of theposterior dislocation of hip associated with fracture of the femoral head treated bycanulated compression screws internal fixation. Methods 14 cases of the disease were treated with canulatedcompression screws internal fixation from femoral neck. Results The fellow-up of 0.5 to 5 yearswere performed, and it was found that 2 cases effect was excellent, 8 cases good, 3 cases fair and 2 cases poor. The excellent and good rate was 66.7%. Conclusion The treatment has distingushied advantages such asreliable fixation,minimal trauma to cartilage, taking out easily and reduced complication.
