摘要目的：研究细胞色素p450 2C19基因多态性与胃癌易感性的关系。方法：用PCR-RFLP法对100例健康对照者和50例胃癌患者进行CYP 2C19等位基因多态性分组分析。结果：胃癌患者中CYP 2C19 PM发生率为28.0%，较正常对照组的14.0%高，经统计，两组间有显著性差异(χ²=4.30，P<0.05)。结论：CYP 2C19 PM增加了胃癌发生的危险性，实验结果提示CYP 2C19参与了胃癌致癌物的灭活。

The Relationship between Cytochrome p450 2C19 Genetic Polymorphism and Gastric Cancer Susceptibility

Abstract Objective:To study the relationship between cytochrome p450(CYP 2C19) genetic polymorphism and gastric cancer susceptibility.Method:The polymorphism of CYP 2C19 gene in 100 healthly controls and 50 gastric cancer patients were investigated by polymerase chain reaction restriction fragment length polymorphism.Results:The frequency of CYP 2C19 PM in gastric cancer was 28.0%, which was higher than that of controls 14.0%.Statistric results showed a very significant difference(χ²=4.30,P<0.05).Conclusion:CYP 2C19 PM may increase the risk of gastric cancer. This result suggests that CYP 2C19 be involved in the inactivation of carcinogen of gastric cancer.
