【摘要】 目的 观察发育性髋关节发育不良(DDH)治疗后股骨头同心复位、髋臼发育的情况,预测髋臼的发育。方法 应用c/b比率和髋臼指数(AI)对4个月～5岁的151例单侧DDH治疗后与健侧髋关节进行对比观察。结果 治疗后患侧髋臼发育的速度1年内最快，1～3年较快，以后逐渐减慢；健侧髋臼发育此特征不明显。结论 c/b比率和AI能很好地提示髋臼发育不良治疗后的发育。

Estimation on acetabular development by c/b rate and acetabular index after treatment of DDH

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of concentric reduction and acetabular development after the treatment of the DDH for the prediction of acetabular development. Methods c/b rate and acetabular index(AI) of 151 DDH patients were contrasted,observed and followed up. Results The speed of the acetabular development after treatment was the fastest within one year,faster one 1～3 years, and gradually became slow afterwords. The acetabular development of healthy limb did not change evidently. Conclusion c/b rate and AI can well reflect the prognosis of acetabular hypoplasia after treatment.
