摘要 目的：Cyclin E蛋白在细胞周期的G₁ 晚期起作用，加速G₁ -S期转化，与人类肿瘤有关。本研究探讨Cyclin E蛋白在胃癌的意义。方法：免疫组化S-P法测定胃癌石蜡切片中Cyclin E蛋白的异常表达。结果：Cyclin E在胃癌中表达61.67%(37/60)，与癌旁组织25.81%(8/31)相比有显著差异(P<0.05)。Cyclin E表达与组织病理分化程度呈负相关，分化差的胃癌组织Cyclin E蛋白表达强；Cyclin E与肿瘤侵袭、淋巴结转移、远处转移无明显关系。结论：Cyclin E蛋白与胃癌发生有关，与胃癌进展无关。Cyclin E蛋白可做为胃癌的一个潜在的诊断指标。

Abstract Objective:Cyclin E protein acts in cell cycle of G₁ to S transition in human cancer.The aim of this study is to investigate the significance of Cyclin E protein expression in gastric cancer.Methods:Abnormal expression of cyclin E protein was studied on paraffine-embeded sections of gastric cancer by means of a specific and sensitive immunohistochemical SP assay.Results:The positive rate of cyclin E protein expression was 61.67%(37/60) in gastric cancers which showed a significant difference from those of normal tissues adjacent to tumors(p<0.05) ......
