摘要 目的 ：检测MUC1和MUC2mRNA在不同组织的表达差异，研究MUC1和MUC2在肿瘤诊断和免疫治疗中的意义。方法 ：采用了DotBlot方法检测了60例不同肿瘤组织和正常组织的mRNA水平。结果 ：MUC1和MUC2在腺癌，特别是乳腺癌和胃癌中表达明显增强，在正常组织和腺癌低度表达。MUC1与乳腺癌的病理分级及病理类型明显相关，MUC2与胃癌的病理类型明显相关。结论 ：MUC1和MUC2对乳腺癌和胃癌诊断和治疗有重要意义。

    

TheSignificance of mRNA Level of MUC1 and MUC2

    in Different Tumor Tissues and It′ s Implications

Abstract Objective : Tostudy the changes of mRNA expressions of MUC1 and MUC2 in different tumor tissues and itsclinical implications. Methyods : mRNA expressions of MUC1 and MUC2 wasexamined by Dot - blot hybridization in 50 differenttumor tissues and 10 normal tissues. Results : 1) mRNA expression of MUC1or MUC2 in adenocarcinoma was higher than that in normal tissue or squamous cell carcinoma(P〈0.05).2)mRNA expression of MUC1 was much higherin breast adenocarcinoma than that in normal tissue or other adenocarcionmas (P〈0.01or 0.05).3)mRNA expression of MUC2 wasnuch higher in gastricadenocarcinoma than that in normal tissue(P〈0.01)orother adenocarcinomas(P〈0.01,0.01or 0.05).4)mRNAexpression of MUC1 had statistically significant correlation with the pathological stageand grade of breast tumor(P〈0.01).5)mRNA expressionof MUC2h ad statistically significant correlation with the pathologic type of gastriccancer.Conclusion :The results suggest that MUC1 and MUC2 might be a goodtumor associated antigen of breast adenocarcinoma and gastric adenocarcinoma for diagnosisand immunotherapy.
