【摘要】 目的 探讨稀释式自体输血在骨科择期手术中的应用。方法 选择19例骨科择期手术需要输血的患者，术前采集自体血液，同时输入等量的血浆代用品血定安(Gelofusine)和500 ml乳酸林格液，采血400～600 ml，手术结束前回输。观察采血前后及术后患者血液动力学、血液有形成分、凝血功能等方面的变化。结果 19例患者均安全、顺利完成手术，无不良反应。结论 稀释式自体输血可以满足骨科择期手术的需要。

The application of hemodilution autohemotransfusion in orthopeadic operation

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application of preoperative hemodilution autohemotransfusion in orthopeadic operation. Methods 19 patients who need transfusing blood were selected. 400～600 ml autologouse blood was collected before operation, and meanwhile the same quantity of substitute of plasma Gelofusine and Natrll lactatis Ringeri were transfused. It was autohemotransfused before accomplishing operation. Before and after the collection of blood and after operations, the changes of patients hemodynamics, blood shaped components and coagulative function were observed. Results During operation 19 patients were safe, no adverse reactions were found, and the operations were successful. Conclusion Preoperative hemodilution autohemotransfusion can satisfy requirements of the operation.
