摘要报告480例外伤性肋骨骨折的治疗。男女之比为27.3∶1，以20～45岁为最多，占87.7%，治疗好转出院占10.5%，治愈率为86%，病死率1.75%，恶化出院占1.75%。

Treatment on 480 patients with traumatic fracture of rib werestudied, of which the percentage between male and female was 27.3:1, the majority aged 20～45,covering 87.7%, 10.5% discharging from the hospital after cure (curative rate 86%),fatality rate 1.75%, 1.75% discharging from the hospital due to deterioration.
