摘要 目的： 研究选择性动脉灌注及栓塞在头颈部肿瘤治疗中的应用价值。方法： 对43例头颈部肿瘤进行选择性肿瘤供血动脉插管，根据不同情况进行化疗药灌注或灌注加栓塞，联合放疗或手术治疗。结果： 43例总有效率(CR+PR)为86%，其中完全缓解(CR)为9例。结论： 对头颈部肿瘤进行选择性动脉灌注及栓塞并联合放疗及手术治疗，可明显提高治疗效果。

Abstract Objective: To evaluate clinicalvalue of selective arterial infusion and embolization in treating tumors of head and neck.Methods: Selectivearterial catheterization was caried out in 43 patients with tumors of head andneck.According to the type and blood supply of the tumor,different methods were used:①arterialinfusion;②arterial infusion and embolization.Interventional therapy was combined withradiation or surgen operation.Results: The total response rate(CR+PR) was86%.9 cases had complete response (CR).The symptoms were relieved to different degrees.Theamount of bleeding in operation was redused greately.Conclusion: Selectivearterial infusion and embolization combined with radiation or operation for the tumors ofhead and neek can produce effective treatment.
