摘要：在复制了实验性变态反应性脑脊髓炎(EAE)豚鼠的基础上，使用HE和LuxolFast Blue染色技术，观察了其组织病理变化及中药复方温阳补肾方对其的影响。结果发现应用温阳补肾方可减轻EAE豚鼠的病理损害；海马CA-₃ 区的锥体细胞也参与了EAE的发病过程。为温阳补肾方治疗多发硬化从形态学方面提供了科学依据。

    Encephalomyelitis and the Effects of Wenyangbushen Decoction on Them

The histopathological changes in theguinea pigs with experiment al all ergic encephalomyelitis (EAE) and the effects ofWenyangbushen Decoction (WD) on them were observed by HE and Luxol Fast Blue stainingmethods. The results show ed that the pyramidal cells in the hippocampal CA3 area werealso related to the onset of EAE, and WD could reduce the pathological lesions in theguinea pigs w ith EAE. The results have provided some morphologic evidence for theclinical us e of WD in the treatment of multiple sclerosis.
