摘要：伤寒六经病理的中心环节是营卫失常。六经通过“开、阖、枢”作用，控制和调节营卫在人体各部位量的虚盈分布和功能效应。六经病的实质是六经的“开、阖、枢”功能失常，导致营卫失调，并造成的脏腑气血津液功能紊乱。

Abstract：Thedysfunction between Ying-qi and Wei-qi is the internal basic cause of the occurrence ofsix meridians diseases.The essence of six meridians diseases in “Treatise on FebrileDiseases” is the dysfunction of six meridians “open,close and transfer”.Afterwards,theunbalance of Ying-qi and Wei-qi leads to the dysfunction of viscera,Qi,blood and fluid.
