摘要 目的： 了解多普勒超声在卵巢良恶性肿物中的鉴别诊断意义。方法： 对照比较112例术前疑为卵巢肿物的多普勒超声图像特点与术后病理结果。结果： 112例患者术后病理诊断良性肿物11种84例，恶性肿物8种28例。良、恶性肿物的外周血流特点除平均得分外均无显著差异(P>0.05)。良、恶性肿物内的血流特点差异显著(P<0.05，P<0.01)。结论： 卵巢肿物的外周血流特点无鉴别诊断意义。肿物的内部血流特点在鉴别良、恶性方面有一定的鉴别诊断意义。

ROLE OF DOPPLER ULTRASOUND

    IN DIAGNOSIS OF OVARIAN TUMOUR

Abstract Objective: Todetermine the role of doppler ultrasound in a differential diagnosis of ovarian tumours.Methods: Preoperationaldoppler ultrasound findings and pathologic results were compared in 112 cases of ovariantumours.Results: Of 112 cases,84 cases belong to 11 kinds of benign tumorand 28 cases belong to eight kinds malignant tumor.Characteristics of arterial flow aroundthe tumours are without divergence between the benign and the malignant,but a significantdifferent arerial flow was shown in the tumours between them.Conclusion: Characteristicsof arterial flow around the ovarian tumours have little diagnositic value,but the arterialflow in the ovarian tumours may help in the differential diagnosis of the ovarian tumours.
