摘 要： Sprague-Dawley大鼠预免疫2周后，采用由腹腔逐渐过渡至静脉的方法，每日注射阳离子化牛血清白蛋白(C-BSA)。结果：静脉注射C-BSA2周后，荧光显微镜观察显示IgG沿肾小球毛细血管壁呈颗粒状沉积，光镜下可见有新月体形成，电镜下可见大量上皮下电子致密沉积物；4周后，上皮下电子致密沉积物融合成大片状；6周后，较多大鼠出现肾小球硬化。

ABSTRACT: After two-week preimmunization, Sprague-Dawley rat s were daily i njected with cationized bovine serumalbumin (C-BSA) intraperitoneally. It was f ound that, after two-week C-BSA intravenousinjection, granular deposits of IgG along glomerular capillary walls was shown byfluorescence microscopy, the forma tion of crescent shown by light microscopy and a largeamount of subepithelial e lectron-dense deposits shown by electron microscopy; after fourweeks, subepithe lial electron-dense de posits fused into large patches; after six weeks,glomerular sclerosis was found in most rats.
