摘要 目的: 了解数字化成像技术在口腔病变检查中应用情况并评价其精确程度。方法: 应用ODIS-Ⅰ口腔数字成像系统检查了213例不同牙齿病变,包括龋病和牙周病等。结果: 口腔数字成像系统操作简便,X线成像所需放射剂量明显减少,获得的不同牙位和不同病变的图像质量基本优良,可以满足临床诊断要求,上颌前牙的影像最佳,影像覆盖范围小于常规X线牙片。结论: 对于各类牙齿病变,口腔数字成像系统的图像可以获得满意的诊断精度。
EVALUATION OF 213 TOOTHLESIONS BY
USING INTRAORAL DIGITAL IMAGINGSYSTEM

Abstract Objective :To evaluate the application of digitalimaging for intraoral radiography with its diagnostic accuracy of different lesion.Methods: Twohundred and thirteen tooth lesions including caries and periodontal diseases were testedby ODIS-Ⅰ digital imaging system.Results: Operation of digital imagingsystem was simple and easy.Radiation dose was reduced markedly for the diagnostictest.Satisfactory images were obtained in different teeth and various diagnostic tasks.Theimage qualities met completely the needs of clinical diagnosis with the best images ofupper anterior teeth.Covering area of the image coming from the digital imaging system wassmaller than that of conventional intraoral films.Conclusion: For varioustooth lesions,the images of the digital imaging system exhibited a good diagnosticaccuracy.
