【摘要 】 目的 研究大血管手术(MVS)后引起急性肺损伤(ALI)的原因。方法 将47例接受大血管手术的病人分为损伤组和非损伤组，应用回顾性分析方法，研究造成ALI的相关因素。结果 损伤组的手术时间，动脉阻断时间，术中出血量，术中输库血量及手术日补液量皆显著高于非损伤组。结论 缺血再灌注和大量输注库血可能是引发MVS后ALI的主要因素。
