【摘要 】 目的 探讨肾细胞癌原癌基因mdm2产物表达量与细胞DNA含量及临床病理参数的关系。方法 采用流式免疫荧光技术对50例肾细胞癌DNA含量及mdm2蛋白表达进行定量分析。结果 23例mdm2蛋白阳性表达，mdm2表达量与DNA含量有关，与瘤体大小、分级、分期、预后无关。结论 mdm2蛋白表达与肾细胞癌的发生、发展有关，但尚不足以作为衡量预后的指标。

Quantitative analysis on the mdm2products in renal cell carcinoma

【Abstract 】 Objective Toexplore the relationship between mdm2 protein expression and cell DNA content or clinicalpathological parameters in renal cell carcinoma. Methods Flowcytometric and immunofluorescence technique were used to quantitatively analyze the DNAcontent and mdm2 protein expression in renal cell carcinoma. Results Positiverate of mdm2 expression was found in 23 cases (46%). There was a correlation between mdm2expression and DNA contents, but the mdm2 expression was not related with clinical tumorsize, grade, and prognosis. Conclusion mdm2 protein expression wasrelated to the carcinogenesis and development of renal cell carcinoma, but could not beused as an indicator to evaluate the prognosis.
