【摘要 】 目的 探讨精氨酸(Arginine, Arg)对急性胰腺炎血流变学的影响及其与胰、胰外器官损害程度的相关性。方法 观察各实验组血流变学、酶学、胰及胰外器官形态学改变及其相关性。结果 AP组血流变学明显异常，胰及胰外器官病损严重；精氨酸治疗组上述各指标较AP组明显改善。结论 精氨酸能有效改善AP血流变异常，减轻胰及胰外器官病损程度；AP时，血流变的异常程度与胰、胰外器官病损程度呈正相关；改善血流变异常，可减轻多器官损害。

Experimental study on the effect ofarginine on the blood rheology during acute pancreatitis.

【Abstract 】 Objective To probe into the effect of arginine on the blood rheological changes during acutepancreatitis (AP) and the relation to pathologic damage of the pancreas as well asextra-pancreatic organs. Method The following indexes in every group werestudies, such as the blood rheological changes, the enzymatic levels and the pathologicalalterations of pancreas.Results In AP group, the blood rheological indexshowed an obvious abnormality. The damage to pancreas and extra-pancreatic organs wasserious. In the arginine treated group, the above indexes was significantly improved ascompared with those in AP group. Conclusions Arginine could effectivelyimprove the AP rheological abnormalities and alleviated the pathological damage topancreas and extra-pancreatic organs. In AP, the rheological abnormalities were positivelyrelated with the damage to the pancreas and extra-pancreatic organs. The improvement ofrheological abnormalities could alleviate the multi-organ damage.
