摘要 目的 探讨哑铃型气囊对食管狭窄的疗效 方法 采用EVIS200系列SY哑铃型气囊导管扩张器治疗食管狭窄115例。 结果 本组扩张前口径为0.3～0.5cm，第一次扩张后明显效果者55例，扩张至口径1.2cm以上；有效者56例，扩张后口径0.6～1.1cm，4例因吻合口狭窄伴有成角畸形严重，扩张3次后口径由0.4cm扩到1.2cm。 结论 此方法简单、易行、安全、可靠，可迅速打开进食通道，解决病人进食困难之苦，避免开胸手术，疗效显著。

    

Dumbbell balloon dilator for esophageal stenosis

Abstract Objective The efficacy of using balloon dilator to treat esophageal stenosis was evaluated.Methods The EVIS (endoscopic video information system) 200 series SY dumbbell balloon was adopted to dilate esophageal stenosis in 115 patients. Results The general calibres of the stenotic orifice remained as small as 0.3～0.5cm before dilatation.That were dilated with first attempt to 1.2cm in 55 individuals with significant effects.Following second session that opened to 0.6～1.1cm in diameter in 56 cases with good results.Three sessions of dilatation were necessary for 4 serious cases to obtain remarkable effect,the orifices being dilated from 0.4cm to 1.2cm.Conclusion The procedure of this dumbbell balloon dilator is easy to master with high efficiency and safety.
