摘要 目的 提高腹膜后纤维化的诊治水平。 方法 报告收治的腹膜后纤维化致肾积水患者5例。 结果 原发性腹膜后纤维化4例，采用输尿管松解、带蒂大网膜包裹治疗，随访6～40个月，肾功能正常，肾积水基本消失。继发性腹膜后纤维化1例，因肾积水严重，行患肾切除，随访36个月，对侧肾功能正常。 结论 逆行肾盂造影是腹膜后纤维化重要的诊断手段，带蒂大网膜包裹术是有效的治疗方法。

Hydronephrosis caused byretroperitoneal fibrosis (report of 5 cases)

Abstract Objective To present andevaluate the diagnosis and treatment of 5 cases of retroperitoneal fibrosis causing hydronephrosis. Methods The cases were reviewed and evaluated.Results Theretroperitoneal fibrosis was idiopathic in 4 and the involved ureters were dissoluted onopen surgery and the dissoluted ureter was then enveloped with a piece of pediculatedomentum.The patients have been followed up for 6 to 40 months with normal renal functionand the involved kidneys normal in size and shape.The other case had a serioushydronephrosis caused by secondary retroperitoneal fibrosis and unilateral nephrectomy wasconducted.The patient has been followed up for 36 months with the remaining kidney normalin function,size and shape. Conclusions Retrograde urogram is very important in thediagnosis of the condition.Enveloping the dissoluted ureter with a piece of pediculatedomentum is very effective.
