摘要 目的 探讨雄激素受体(AR)与转化生长因子-βⅠ型受体(TGF-β RⅠ)在良性前列腺增生(BPH)组织中表达的意义及其相关性。 方法 采用免疫组化法研究两种受体在31例BPH和22例正常前列腺标本中表达的状况。 结果 AR和TGF-β RⅠ在BPH上皮、间质组织中的表达显著高于正常前列腺组织(P <0.05);在BPH间质组织中AR和TGF-β RⅠ的表达呈正相关(相关系数r =0.358,P <0.05)。 结论 AR和TGF-β RⅠ在前列腺增生组织中表达增高,两者之间具有协同作用,提示两者在前列腺中的过表达可能参与了BPH的发生和病理过程。

Expressions of androgen receptor and TGF-β RI in benign prostatic hyperplasia WU Gang ,NA Yanqun ,KONG Xiangtian ,et al .Institue of Urology ,Beijing Medical University ,Beijing 100034

Abstract Objective To investigate the expressions of androgen receptor (AR) and transforming growth factor β receptor Ⅰ (TGF-β RI) in benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Methods AR and TGF-β RI expressions were detected in 31 human prostatic hyperplasia tissue specimens and in 22 normal prostatic tissues as controls. Results Positive expressions of AR and TGF-β RI were much higher in the epithelial and mysenchymal of BPH than those in normal prostatic tissue (P <0.05) and expression of AR was signigicantly associated with that of TGF-β RI in stromal tissue of BPH (r =0.358,P <0.05). Conclusions Expressions of AR and TGF-β RI might play a role in the regulation of the growth of prostatic tissue and therefore might be a causative factor in prostatic hyperplasia.
