摘要 为提高后尿道吻合术的成功率，报告1986～1996年外伤性后尿道狭窄或闭锁64例手术治疗经验。采用瘢痕中横断尿道，在牵引线引导下边切开近侧断端边进行吻合；在尿道狭窄或闭锁段较长病例，采用盲端双结外翻褥式缝合法，改进吻合方法手术47例次中，46次成功。本方法提高了治愈率，扩大了手术适应证。

    Abstract From 1986 to 1996, transabdomino-perineal approach for posterior urethral anastomosis was carried out for 64 cases of traumatic posterior urethral stricture or atresia. In 47 of them a modification of the conventional technique has been made and ideal success has been achieved in 46. All the scar tissue was excised and the proximal urethral end was kept intact and non-open before anastomosis. Well positioned traction sutures were made and the blind proximal end was cut open and anastomosed to the distal end step by step with evert mattress sutures. The modified technique was claimed to raise the success rate and broadened the surgical indication for the repair of posterior urethra.
