摘要 回顾性地分析了有手术病理及细胞学诊断对照的115例肾癌病人的术前CT资料，探讨CT对肾癌诊断和分期的价值，诊断准确率为94.8%，按Robson肾癌分期标准分期准确率为81.7%。根据肾癌CT表现，总结CT诊断肾癌的依据，并分析了CT误诊的原因，对影响CT肾癌分期的因素进行了探讨，总结了影响肾癌分期的因素。

    Abstract The preoperative CT data of 115 cases of renal cell carcinoma werereviewed with comparative studies of operative and pathologic findings. The accuracy rateof CT diagnosis has been 94.8%, and the accuracy rate of staging according to Robsoncriteria has been 81.7%. CT manifestations of renal cell carcinoma were reviewed andevaluated. The pit falls in CT staging of renal cell carcinoma were discussed.
