摘要 探讨Hp在胃癌高危人群胃内的分布情况。对胃癌高发区成年人群533人做内镜、快速尿素酶试验及4块胃粘膜活检组织学检查，Hp以组织学检查为标准，所有数据均做χ² 检验。结果：1.人群Hp的检出率为64.54%。2.Hp在不同疾病及病变的检出率中，以活动性胃炎最高(92.43%)，其次为十二指肠溃疡(89.47%)，胃溃疡为(83.33%)。3.Hp在胃内分布情况：胃底部检出率最高(61.51%)，其次为体小弯(55.66%)，窦大弯(51.24%)，窦小弯(50.85%)。胃底部Hp检出率明显高于窦部(P<0.01)。4.对不同活检部位进行组合比较Hp的检出率：胃窦小弯，体小弯，加胃底部3块组织的Hp检出率基本代表取4块组织的Hp检出率。

    Abstract A survey of Helicobacter pylori(Hp) infection status on adult

    population in gastric cancer prevalent area was made to

    observe the distribution of Hp in stomach.533 individuals were subjected to

    gastroendoscopy and specimens taken from 4 different parts for histology with W-S stain positive as criterion of Hp infection.
