摘要 为了解钙依赖性上皮细胞粘附分子(E-CD)与膀胱肿瘤的病理分级、临床分期以及预后的关系，采用免疫组化方法检测55例膀胱移行细胞癌石蜡病理切片中E-CD的表达情况，并与其病理分级、临床分期及随访结果相比较。结果显示：E-CD的低表达或无表达与膀胱肿瘤的病理分级及临床分期有显著关系(P<0.05，P<0.01)，同时与肿瘤复发及患者的生存情况有显著关系(P<0.01，P<0.01)。E-CD低表达或无表达是肿瘤恶性程度的重要标志之一，E-CD表达情况可以作为监测膀胱移行细胞癌恶性程度、复发及预后的重要指标。

    Abstract E-cadherin (E-CD),an intercellular adhesion molecule,was studied bymeans of immunohistochemical method in 55 cases of urinary bladder transitional cellcarcinoma.The results showed that decreased E-cadherin expression correlates with bothincreased grade and stage (χ² =6.54,P<0.05;χ² =7.88,P<0.01).Moreover,abnormal E-cadherin expression correlates with thehigh recurrence rate and shorter survival (χ² =8.15,P<0.01,and log-rank test:χ² =9.67,P<0.01).It was concluded that loss of expression of E-CD is an usefulparameter of malignancy of the carcinoma and detection of E-CD expression might have apractical significance in assessing the malignancy,recurrence and prognosis of urinarytransitional cell carcinoma.
