摘 要 ：目的 提高肾上腺转移癌的诊断与治疗水平。方法 报告1987～1998年收治的16例肾上腺转移癌诊治经验。其中单侧10例，双侧6例。结果 7例肾上腺转移癌经肾上腺切除术治疗后生存6个月～6年，平均39个月。9例未手术者采用化疗、中药等综合治疗，5例失访，余4例中3例生存<1年，1例生存1.5年。结论 恰当选择肾上腺转移癌手术适应证，通过手术治疗可改善、延长患者生存期。

Abstract ： Objective To evaluate the methods and diagnosis of metastatic adrenal carcinoma.Methods 16 cases of metastatic adrenal carcinoma treated from 1987 to 1998 were reviewed.The metastasis was unilateral in 10 and bilateral in 6.7 of the patients underwent adrenolectomy.Results The duration of postoperative survival of the 7 operated cases was 6 months to 6 years with a mean of 39 months.The other 9 patients received chemotherapy and herb medicine instead of surgery,follow up was lost in 5,3 patients survived less than 1 year and 1 surived 1.5 years.Conclusions In appropriately selected patients with metastatic adrenal carcinoma,adrenolectomy might prolong the survival.
