摘要 目的 探讨阿霉素、丝裂霉素、5-氟尿嘧啶联合化疗对激素抗拒的前列腺癌的疗效。 方法 1995年4月至1998年7月治疗15例对激素抗拒的前列腺癌病人。随访5～24个月，平均10个月。 结果 CR1例，PR 2例，SD 9例。CR和PR持续6～18个月，平均11个月，CR、PR及SD持续5～24个月，平均9个月。脱发、恶心呕吐、骨髓抑制是主要副反应。 结论 阿霉素、丝裂霉素、5-氟尿嘧啶联合化疗方案可以延缓部分对激素抗拒的前列腺癌的进展。

Combination chemotherapywith adriamycin, mitomycin,5-fluorouracil for hormone refractory prostate cancer

Abstract Objective To evaluate thetherapeutic efficacy of combination chemotherapy with adriamycin,mitomycin and5-fluorouracil for hormone refractory prostate cancer. Methods From April,1995 toJuly,1998, 15 cases of hormone refractoty prostate cancer were treated with a combinationchemotherapy using adriamycin,mitomycin and 5-fluorouracil.Therapeutic response wasevaluated using standard solid tumor response criteria. Results There were 1 completeresponse,2 partial responses and 9 stable diseases.The duration of complete response andpartial response was 6～18 months ( mean 11 months ).The total response duration forCR,PR and SD was 5～24 months with a mean of 9 months.Reversiblealopecia,myelosuppression,nausea and vomiting were the toxicities noted. Conclusions Combinationchemotherapy with adriamycin, mitomycin, and 5-fluorouracil might be helpful for cases ofhormone refractory prostate cancer.
