【摘要】 目的 探寻治疗多囊肾的有效术式。 方法 对31例成人型多囊肾患者行囊肿-肾盂内引流联合去顶减压术。术中先将所见之大小囊肿去顶，于较大囊肿内打通毗邻之深部囊肿，使之形成一大囊腔，于此腔底部与肾盏交通，直达肾盂，关闭大囊腔之外壁。每肾做成此种内引流2～5个。 结果 术后患者临床症状迅速改善，肾小球滤过率(GFR)升高(P<0.025)。 结论 该术式是治疗成人型多囊肾较好的方法之一。

Intrapelvic drainagecombined with decapitation of the cysts in the treatment of autosomal dominant polycystickidney disease

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the surgical treatment of autosomal dominantpolycystic kidney disease (DPK). Methods Intrapelvic drainage combined with decapitation of thecysts were performed on 31 cases of DPK.20 patients have been followed-up postoperatively.At surgery,all visible cysts were decapitated. For the deeply situated large cysts, allthe adjoining partitions were broken through, making them a big capsule, of which thebottom was opened to the closest calyx, forming a drainage through to the pelvis while thesuperficial outlels of the capsule was closed. 2 to 5 this type of drainage were performedon one kidney. Results The clinical symptoms were rapidly disappeared or improved in all,and onfollow-up studies the glomerular filtration rate (GFR) rises (P<0.025). Conclusions The procedure couldeffectively ameliorate the renal function declining, as well as improve the clinicalconditions, and might be of choice in clinical treatment of most cases with DPK.
