摘要 】目的观察成纤维细胞生长因子对培养兔关节软骨细胞转化生长因子-β1的表达。方法培养1月龄新西兰兔的关节软骨细胞,在每次换液时加入成纤维细胞生长因子100ng/ml,铺满后收集细胞,作关节软骨细胞转化生长因子-β1常规及电镜免疫组织化学研究。结果光镜下实验组细胞明显呈棕色,电镜下细胞膜表面有明显的胶金颗粒粘附。结论成纤维细胞生长因子能促进关节软骨细胞转化生长因子-β1的表达。

Abstract 】Objective To observe theexpression of transforming growth factor β1(TGF-β1)of the cartilage cells with thefibroblast growth factor(FGF).Methods The rabbit articular chondrocytes werecul-tured,while the FGF(100 ng/ml)were put into the cell culture medium.After the growthwas consistent,the chondrocytes were harvested.Then the immunohistology of TGF-β1 onthe cartilage cells were performed to understand the interrelation and interaction of thegrowth factors.Results The study showed that the chondrocytes treated with the FGF(100 ng/ml)had an obvious brown color,with the membranes adhered with a large number of grainsof colloid-gold under electron microscope.Conclusion This study indicated that the FGFcould prompt the expression of TGF-β1 of the cartilage cells.
