【摘要】 目的 探索端粒酶活性与子宫内膜癌发生发展的关系。方法 采用PCR-TRAP方法检测34例子宫内膜癌和6例正常子宫内膜组织的端粒酶活性。结果 在34例子宫内膜癌中，28例端粒酶活性阳性；6例正常子宫内膜组织中，有1例端粒酶活性阳性。结论 端粒酶激活与子宫内膜癌的发生发展有密切关系，并有可能成为子宫内膜癌的临床肿瘤标记物。

    【Abstract 】 Objective To investigate the possible relationship between telomerase expression andprogression of endometrial carcinoma. Methods Thirty-four primary endometrial carcinoma and 6 normalendometrial tissue specimens were examined by means of telomeric repeat amplificationprotocol (TRAP) assay for telomerase activity. Results Of 34 endometrial cancerspecimens, 28 (82.4%) showed telomerase activity, whereas 1 of 6 (16.7%) benignendometrial tissues exhibited telomerase activity. Conclusion Telomerase expression mightcontribute to the progression of endometrial carcinoma and could be used as its tumormarker.
