【摘要】 目的 研究单侧完全性唇裂鼻部肌肉缺损与鼻端中线结构移位与畸形的关系。方法 将33例正常成人尸体鼻标本与30例单侧完全性唇裂鼻畸形Ⅱ期修复患者的降鼻中隔肌行解剖组织学对比观察。结果 证实单侧完全性唇裂患侧降鼻中隔肌缺损。结论 因患侧降鼻中隔肌缺损使鼻中线两侧肌力平衡破坏，肌力平衡失调导致唇裂鼻鼻端中线结构的移位和畸形可能是单侧唇裂鼻畸形形成的重要原因之一。

    【Abstract】 Objective This study was to investigate the nasalmusculature and its relationship with the deformities of the unilateral cleft lip nose.Method The anatomic and histological examination and comparison of the musculusdepressor septi nasi (MDSN) were performed in 33 normal cadavers and 30 patients withunilateral cleft lip undergoing the operation for secondary nasal deformities.Result Itwas found that the MDSN in the cleft side of a unilateral cleft lip nose is lacking.Conclusion Because of the anatomic deficiency on the cleft side,the function of the normalside is pathologically increased.The functional imbalance between the normal and abnormalside may bring about dislocation and malformation of the base of nasal columella as wellas the septal structures.
