摘要 目的：为明确增殖细胞核抗原在神经母细胞瘤中的表达及其临床意义。方法：对20例神经母细胞瘤及对照组5例采用免疫组织化学染色进行回顾性研究。结果：神经母细胞瘤中增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)及增殖细胞核Ki-67抗原(Ki-67)阳性者均为20例，随着临床分期的升高， Ⅲ～Ⅳ级的表达率也明显增高； 对照组5例均为阴性。结论：在小儿神经母细胞瘤中， PCNA及Ki-67是反应肿瘤细胞活性的敏感指标，对预后判断也有一定价值。

    Abstract Objective: To evaluate the expression of proliferatingcell nuclear antigen(PCNA) and assess its clinical significance in neuroblastoma. Methods:Twenty specimens of neuroblastoma were studied retrospectively with immuno-stained methodfor PCNA and Ki-67. Results: The expressions of PCNA and Ki-67 were positive in all 20specimens. There was a positive correlation between the degree of the expression and theclinical staging. The expressions of PCNA and Ki-67 were absent in all specimens of thecontrol group. Conclusions: PCNA and Ki-67 are sensitive tumour markers of neuroblastoma,and have some predictive value at the prognosis.
