【摘要 】 目的 探讨大鼠中脑导水管周围灰质内神经降压素对β-内啡肽在痛行为反应中的影响。方法 以钾离子透入法引起大鼠甩尾反应的电流强度(mA)作为痛行为反应的指标,观察大鼠中脑导水管周围灰质内注入β-内啡肽、抗β-内啡肽血清、神经降压素和抗神经降压素血清对大鼠痛阈的影响。结果 中脑导水管周围灰质内注入β-内啡肽后,大鼠痛阈明显升高;注入抗β-内啡肽血清后,痛阈则明显降低。中脑导水管周围灰质内注入微量神经降压素后,可明显加强β-内啡肽的镇痛效应;注入抗神经降压素血清后,则明显削弱β-内啡肽的镇痛效应。结论 神经降压素参与中脑导水管周围灰质内注射β-内啡肽引起的镇痛效应。
Neurotensin injected into periagueductal gray could heighten effect of β-endorphin analgesia in rat

【Abstract 】 Objective The effect of neurotensin(NT), anti-β-endorphin serum (AEPS) and β-endorphin (β-EP) injected into periaqueductal gray (PAG) on the pain threshold in rats was investigated in this study. Methods The potassium iontophoresis induced tail-flick was used to measure the pain threshold. Results β-EP which was injected into PAG produced analgesia effect in the rat. AEPS could weaken the pain threshold in PAG of rats.The micioinjection of NT in PAG could heighten effect of β-EP analgesia. Conclusion Our results indicated that β-EP could enhance the analgesia effect in PAG of rats,and this action of β-EP had closely related with the NT in PAG.
