【摘要】 目的 研究137例各期手术治疗的非小细胞肺癌的生物学特性和期别、类型和生存

    率的关系。方法 采用电镜、免疫组化、流式细胞仪等方法,以前瞻随机对照法进行,生存率

    以K-P曲线计数,用Cox单因素、多因素来分析。结果 (1)光镜下为鳞癌及腺癌者经电镜显示各有

    40%为鳞、腺混合型癌。(2)P53基因表达率随期别晚而增高,阳性表达组术后生存率低。(3)Cox多

    因素分析显示在Ⅱ期和混合型中H-ras基因表达阳性者和术后生存率相关,值得深入研究。(4)细

    胞分裂指数、细胞增殖指数异常者,术后生存率明显降低。(5)其它:c-erbB2和PCNA基因表达分别

    和腺癌及电镜证实的混合型癌相关。结论 p53、H-ras、c-erbB2基因和增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)、PI、

    DI分别和期别、类型和生存率相关。

     Abstract Objective Tostudy the biological characters of 137 cases of surgicallytreated NSCLC and

    their correlation with stages tyages and survival rates. Method Electronmicroscopy, immunohistochemistry

    and FCM were employed in this prospective, randomized study. K-Pcurve,COX univariance and multivariance

    were used for statistic analysis. Results (1)Electronmicroscopyshowed t h a t 40% of squamous cancer and

    40% of adenocarcinoma diagnosed microscopically were mixed type.(2)The positive rate of p53 expression

    increased in advanced stage of NSCLC, and the survival rate waslower in cases with positive p53 expression.

    (3)A higher survival rate was seen in cases with positive H-rasexpre s s i o n. (4)Lower survival rates were

    seen in cases with abnormal DI and PI. (5)Miscellaneous:e xpression rates of c-erbB2 and PCNA were related

    to adenocarcinoma and mixed type eectronmicroscopically confirmedrespectively.Conclusion From this study

    p53, Hras, DI,PI,c-erbB2 and P C N A were found related tostages, types and survival rates, respectively.
