摘 要：目的 设计并研制一种治疗鹰嘴骨折的新型外固定器及观察其临床效果。方法 在电视透视下,手法复位骨折后,运用该外固定器治疗15例鹰嘴骨折患者。结果 15例术后均随访6～8周，骨折骨愈合时间为6～8周，平均7周。肘关节功能完全恢复，无任何并发症及后遗症。结论 该外固定器具有微创、操作简便、固定可靠、早期关节活动及无需取出内固定物等优点,临床应用价值较大。

Application of anew external fixator for treatment of olecranon fracture

Abstract： Objective To introduce a new device of external fixator forolecranon fracture,and evaluate its clinical treatment outcome.Methods After close reductionunder the supervision of the image intensifier,15 cases of olecranon fracture have beentreated by the external fixator of self-design.The patients were followed for 6 to 8 weekspostoperatively.Results Clinical observation and follow-up revealed that all thesefractures healed up well with full recovery of elbow joint function.The average period forbony union was 7 weeks,ranging from 6 to 8 weeks.Normal range of motion of the elbow jointwas regained,without any complications.Conclusions This kind of external fixator used for olecranon fracturesshowed the advantages of minimal invasiveness,simple manipulation, reliable fixation,earlypost-operative joint movement,and no need for implant removal procedures.The authorbelieves it is worth introduction and using clinically.
