    摘要 目的 为研究免疫球蛋白对重症肌无力(MG)的治疗效果，对62例MG患者进行了免疫球蛋白及肾上腺皮质激素治疗的对比研究。方法 32例MG患者静脉注射大剂量免疫球蛋白(IVIg)，30例MG患者应用了肾上腺皮质激素(ACS)冲击治疗。临床绝对评分及相对评分作为治疗前后疗效判定标准。结果 62例MG患者治疗前后评分有明显差异(P<0.01)，ACS治疗前后差值较IVIg明显加大(P<0.01)。结论 IVIg治疗MG有效，ACS治疗MG效果优于IVIg。IVIg可作为治疗MG的二线药物。

Objective This article discussed the curative effects of immune globulin forMG And a contrast study of 62 MG patients with IVIg and adreno cortico steroid (ACS)treatment was conducted. Methods 32MGpatients were treated with ACS. Clinical absolute evaluation immune globulin, and 30 MGpatients as criterion before and after treatment. Results The difference of before and after treatment evaluation for 62MGpatients was significant (P<0.01). The difference of before and after treatmentevaluation with ACS was bigger than with IVIg. Conclusions Immune globulin was effective for MG. ACS was more effective forMG.
