【摘 要】 目的 弥补单纯珊瑚无骨诱导活性、骨修复能力弱等缺陷，为临床提供理想的骨移植替代材料。方法 将珊瑚与胶原和重组人骨形成蛋白-2(rhBMP-2)复合，制备珊瑚/胶原/rhBMP-2复合人工骨，将其植入大鼠背部肌肉陷窝，以珊瑚/胶原和珊瑚/rhBMP-2复合人工骨植入作对照；取材后通过组织学方法和图像分析评价其骨诱导活性。结果 珊瑚/胶原/rhBMP-2植入后1周，在局部诱导出软骨细胞分化和软骨基质形成；植入后4周，形成含骨髓的板层骨；诱导成骨的量有明显的rhBMP-2剂量依赖性(P<0.01)；而珊瑚/胶原 和珊瑚/rhBMP-2植入区均无骨或软骨形成。结论 珊瑚/胶原/rhBMP-2复合人工骨具有良好的异位诱导成骨活性，是一种较理想的骨移植替代材料。

【Abstract】 Objective Toimprove the osteoinduction of coral and provide a perfect bone graft substi tute forclinical bone defects.Methods Bycombining coral with collagen and recombinant human bone morphogeneticprotein-2(rhBMP-2),cora l/collagen/rhBMP-2 composite was obtained.The composite wasimplanted into the back muscle pouches of mice ,and coral/collagen or coral/rhBMP-2 wereimplante d as control.The osteoinduction of the composite was assessed by histology and image analysis system.Results Thechondrocyte differentiati on and matrix formation were observed in local sites after oneweek,lamellar bon e with bone marrow were formed after 4 weeks,and coral were absorbedpartially.T he quantity of osteoinduction was time-related and rhBMP-2 dose-related(P<0.01).Coral/collagen and coral/rhBMP-2 implants did not show any bone orcartilage formation.Conclusion The coral/col lagen/rhBMP-2 composite possesses a superior osteoinduction and will be a newtype of bone substitute to be used in orthopedic and maxillofacial surgery.
