    摘要 目的 探讨雷公藤多甙(T Ⅱ)对重症肌无力(MG)的免疫调节机制。方法 将52例MG患者随机分为TⅡ治疗组及非T Ⅱ治疗组,观察T Ⅱ治疗组和非T Ⅱ治疗组治疗前后及40例正常对照外周血T淋巴细胞亚群分布。结果 TⅡ治疗组及非T Ⅱ治疗组治疗前外周血中CD3、CD8细胞较正常对照组明显降低,CD4与正常对照组比较无显著性差别,CD4/CD8比值较正常对照组显著升高;TⅡ治疗组治疗前后外周血中CD3无明显差别,CD4较治疗前明显降低,CD8明显增加,CD4/CD8比值则显著降低,而非TⅡ治疗组外周血CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8比值治疗前后则无显著性变化。结论 TⅡ治疗MG的免疫抑制机制可能通过调节T淋巴细胞亚群分布而发挥作用。

The Effects of Tripterygiitotorum on T Lymphocyte Subpopulations of

    Myasthenia Gravis Patients

Objective To explore the immunology regulating mechanisms oftripterygiitotorum (T ) on myasthenia gravis (MG). Methods In this study, 52 cases of MG patients was included and was dividedinto T treating group (28 cases) and non-T treating group (24 cases). The peripheral blood T lymphocytesubpopulations of T treating group and non-T treating group before and after treatment were observated andcompared with those of control group. Results Comparing with those in normal control group, there were asignificant decrease in the number of CD3 + lymphocytes and CD8+ lymphocytes cells, no significantvariation in number of CD4 + cells and aremarkable fall CD4/CD8 ratio in T treating groupand non-T treating group before treatment. Therewere no significant variation in the number of CD3 cells, a significant decrease in numberof CD4 cells, a significant increase in number of CD8 cells and a remarkable decreaseCD4/CD8 ratio in T treating group after T treatment. There were no significant variation in number of Tlymphocyte subpopulations in non-T treating groupafter treatment. Conclusions The immuno-suppressive role of T on MG patients mightbe the regulation of the redistribution of T lymphocyte subpopulations.
