摘要 探讨房室旁道(简称房道)和房室结双径引起的折返性心动过速的初次发病年龄。155例旁道和房室结双径引起的折返性心动过速中，房室折返性心动过速(AVRT)106例、房室结折返性心动过速(AVNRT)49例。根据年龄和心动过速病程推算初次发病年龄，然后比较AVRT和AVNRT、左和右侧旁道并AVRT、显性和隐匿性旁道并AVRT、男性和女性心动过速患者的初发年龄。结果：AVRT和AVNRT的初发年龄分别为29.9±12.85岁和32.33±11.84岁，组间比较无显著性差异。左、右侧旁道并AVRT、显性和隐匿性AP并AVRT、男性和女性心动过速患者初发年龄比较差异均无显著性，均是30岁左右。结论：30岁左右是AVRT和AVNRT初次发病的高发年龄段，其他年龄段呈散在发病。

Analysis of the Initial Onset Age and Induction Causes of Reentry Tachycardia Induced by Atrioventricular Accessory Pathway and Dual Atrioventricular Nodal Pathways.

The initial onset age of reentry tachycardia induced by atrioventricular accessory pathway and dual atrioventricular nodal pathways was investigated.155 patients with reentrant tachycardia were analysed,which including 106 patients with atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia (AVRT) and 49 patients with atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia (AVNRT).The initial onset ages were spectulated according to the patients' ages and history of tachycardia.The results were compared between the following groups:AVRT and AVNRT,left and right atrioventricular accessory pathway (AP) with AVRT,apparent and concealed AP with AVRT,male and female patients with tachycardia.Results:The initial onset ages of AVRT and AVNRT were 29.91±12.85 and 32.33±11.84 years respectively.No sighinficant differences were found between left and right AP with AVRT,apparent and concealed AP with AVRT,male and female patients with tachycardia.Conclusion:The high onset age regions of the initial onset of AVRT and AVNRT are all 30 years respectively,with dispersed onset in the other periods of age.
