内容摘要 报告采用徐荣祥教授创立的MEBT/MEBO新疗法治疗468例烧(烫)伤。男234例，女198例。年龄3个月～78岁。ⅡⅢ度烧伤面积21%～50%114例(24.36%)，>50%者10例(2.14%)。结果除12例带药提前出院外，余456例全部治愈。作者就MEBO的镇痛、抗感染、促进创面愈合等独特功效，进行了简要的讨化。

Clinical Experience with MEBT/MEBO inTreating 468 Cases of Burn Yao Mingshan, Dept of Burns, Hospital of Steel Factory, Wulanhaote City,Inner mongolia 137400

Abstract 468 cases of burn were treated with MEBT/MEBO. 234 males and 198females, aged from 3 months to 78 years. 114 cases had second and third degree wounds area21% to 50%TBSA (24.36%) and 10 cases had second and third degree burn >50%TBSA. 456cases healed and 12 cases improved but left the hospital before healing. The author made abrief discussion on the analgesic, anti-infective, wound healing promoting effects andother unique features of MEBO.
