内容摘要 我院自1990年7月——1997年5月应用带桡动脉前臂逆行岛状皮瓣分叶早期修复虎口伴拇指和食指近指节Ⅲ度电烧伤创面5例，修复虎口伴拇、食、中指近指节Ⅲ度电烧伤创面3例，修复虎口伴拇指、食指、中指和无名指全指长Ⅲ度电烧伤3例，均取得了手术修复的良好效果。文章介绍了皮瓣设计和操作要点，讨论了皮瓣分叶原则，时期和前臂逆行岛状皮瓣移植指征及其在手部电损伤修复中独具的优点。

Forearm Retrograde Island Flap LobuleGrafting for Repair of Third Degree Electric Burn in the Parts between the Thumb and theIndex Finger and Other Fingers at the Early Stage Li Liping Dept.of Burn Surgery,the 1st Affiliated Hospital,HengyangMedical College 421001

Abstract Forearm retrograde island flap lobule with radial artery was usedfor repair of 3 cases of third degree burn in the part between the thumb and the indexfinger,and 3 cases of third degree burn in the part between the thumb and the indexfinger,accompanied with thumb,index finger,middle finger and ring finger whole fingerburn.The results were very satisfactory.This paper introduces the design of the flap andattention points in handling the flap and presents a discussion on the flap lobulation andthe characteristics of forearm retrograde island flap for repairing hand electric burn.
