【摘要】 目的 系统探讨首发精神分裂症患者复发的影响因素。方法 采用一系列标准化评定工具对201例首发精神分裂症住院患者出院后进行1年的随访，评估复发者与非复发者的临床特征和影响疾病复发的因素。结果 首发住院精神分裂症病人出院后1年内的复发率为21.3%。逐步判别分析提示，病前职业功能水平、随访期间的家庭社会支持及出院后维持治疗是影响疾病复发的主要因素。据此3个因素预测病人复发的准确性为82.6%。结论 疾病的复发受多种因素的影响，而可人为干预的因素起重要作用。

【Abstract 】Objective To identifyvariables associated with relapse of first episode schizophrenic patients.Methods A prospective study was carried out in a cohort of 201consequentive inpatients who met with CCMD- Ⅱ schizophreniacriteria. A Semi-structured Questionnaire for Socio-demographic and Clinical Variables,Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale, Scale for Assessment of Negative Symptoms and PositiveSymptoms, Eysenck Personality Questionnaire, Social Support Scale, Premorbid SocialFunction Rating in DSM- Ⅲ, Global Assessment Scale,and Strauss-Carpenter Outcome Scale were used to assess these patients by individualinterviews.Results The results showed thatsocial-family support, premorbid level of occupational function, maintenance treatment,were the main determinants related to the relapse during one year's follow-up afterdischarge.Conclusions Many factors influence therelapse of schizophrenia. The factors which can be dealt with play an important role inthe relapse of first episode schizophrenic patients.
