【摘要 】 目的 探讨海洛因依赖者免疫系统的功能状况。方法 将30例符合CCMD-Ⅱ精神活性物质所致精神障碍-阿片依赖诊断标准的自愿戒毒者治疗前、后与正常人群血中免疫球蛋白(Ig)、补体(C)、白介素-2(IL-2)水平。其中用全自动生化分析仪检测Ig\,C含量，用放射免疫法检测IL-2水平。结果 30例海洛因依赖患者治疗前血中IL-2水平比正常组低；IgM在治疗前、后都较正常组增高；C3、C4治疗前的含量较治疗后和正常组低，以上差异均有统计学意义；治疗前18例静脉注射海洛因者比烫吸者IL-2、IgG含量低，且有统计学意义。结论 海洛因依赖者血中Ig、C、IL-2水平异常，提示海洛因的滥用影响了机体的免疫功能，且与用毒的方式有一定关系。建议临床上应注意免疫功能降低对病人的影响，必要时可加用提高免疫功能的药物。

A study of immunofunction in heroin dependents.

【Abstracts 】ObjectiveToexplore the immunity function in heroin dependants. Methods Thirty cases of heroindependants for voluntary detoxification were diagnosed with the Chinese classification anddiagnostic criteria of mental disorders, 2nd edition(CCMD-Ⅱ). Their immuno-globulin (Ig), complement (C) and interleukine-2(IL-2) levels in the serum were detected byautomation biochemical assay and radioimmunoassay (RIA) technique and compared with thenormal control and compared between pre-drug and post-drug treatment. Results IL-2 levelin the heroin depentants pre-drug treated was lower than that of normal control subject.IgM level in heroin dependents pre and post-drug treated was higher than that of normalcontrol. C3 and C4 level in the dependents pre-drug treated was significantly lower thanthose of post-drug treatment and normal control. IgM and IL-2 levels of intraveous heroinaddicts at pre-drug treatment were lower than those of inhaling heroin addicts.Conclusions The results indicated that there was an abnormal serum levels of Ig, C,IL-2 in heroin abusers. Heroin influenced the immune function of addicts. The effects ofdecreased immunity function on heroin dependants must be taken seriously. If it is neccessary, some medicine that enhanced immunity function may be administered.
