摘 要 目的:探讨提高对外伤性睫状体脱离诊断阳性率的方法。方法:应用德国Zeiss-Humphery公司生产的UBM 840型超声生物显微镜(UBM)对66例(66只眼)临床怀疑睫状体脱离的病例进行检查。结果:43例确诊为360°的睫状体脱离,其中23例(53.5%)前房与睫状体之间存在瘘口,12例(27.9%)同时合并脉络膜脱离,7例(16.3%)合并房角劈裂。结论:超声生物显微镜对外伤性睫状体脱离是安全有效的诊断方法。
Ultrasonic Biomicroscopy for Traumatic Cyclodialysis

ABSTRACT Objective:To promote the diagnosis rate of traumatic cyclodialysis.Methods:Model 840 ultrasonic biomicroscopy was used to examine 66 cases(66 eyes)with clinically diagnosed traumatic cyclodialysis.Results:Forty-three eyes were confirmed having traumatic cyclodialysis of 360°,among which 16.3% complicated angle cleavage,53.5% had fistulas between anterior chamber and supraciliary cavity,27.9% accompanied choroidal detachment.Conclusion:Ultrasonic biomicroscopy is a safe and efficient technique in the diagnosis of traumatic cyclodialysis.
