摘 要 目的：应用彩色多普勒超声技术研究老年人颈动脉结构及血流动力学改变,评价其临床价值。方法：使用TOSHIBAPV6000超声诊断仪检测老年人颈动脉结构及血流状态。结果及结论：随年龄增大，粥样硬化程度加重，冠心病、高血压、脑梗塞患者粥样硬化明显，且与病变程度成正相关。
