摘 要 目的：探讨下肢静脉瓣功能不全的二维彩色多普勒超声声像图改变。方法：应用二维彩色多普勒超声检查下肢静脉瓣功能不全93例、142条腿，观察下肢静脉血管及瓣膜的解剖结构和血流动力学的改变。结果：有静脉瓣功能不全的患肢平均血流速度较健侧低P<0.05，患肢血管内径仅见大隐静脉较健侧明显增宽P<0.05，患肢深静脉内径与健侧对比无明显差别。结论：二维彩色多普勒超声能清楚显示下肢静脉血管的结构、血流状态、瓣膜有无返流等，该检查对诊断下肢静脉瓣功能不全有较高的实用价值。

Observation on 2-D ColorDoppler Changes in the Venous Valvular Insuffieiency of Lower Extremities

ABSTRACT Objective:To observe on 2-Dcolor Doppler changes in the venous valvular insufficicncy of lower extremities.Methods：Ninety-threepatients (142 Legs) with venous insufficiency were examined using two-dimensional colorDoppler to observe the anatomic structures of valves and hemodynamics of venous flow inlegs.Results:The velocities of blood flow of the diseased legs were lower than the healthylegs(P<0.05).The inner diameters of great saphenous vein of the diseased legs wereobviously widened than those of the healthy ones(P<0.05).There was no obvious differencebetween the inner diameters of other diseased veins and the healthy veins.Conclusions:Two-dimensional color Doppler can show clearly the structures of veinsand valves of legs,the status of blood flow and valvular regurgitation.It has greatpractical value for the diagnosis of venous insufficiency.
