摘 要 目的：比较CDE和CDFI在肾肿瘤诊断中的作用。方法：分别用CDE和CDFI显像各种肾肿瘤51例，分析不同肿瘤的血流供应特征，并比较CDE和CDFI的显像优劣性。结果：CDE显示97.2%的肾细胞癌血流丰富，其中Ⅲ级血流占80.5%，且50%出现异常血流形态。而肾盂癌和肾良性肿瘤血流分级均为0～Ⅰ级，血流形态单一，与肾细胞癌明显不同(P<0.01)。52.9%的肿瘤血流显示CDE>CDFI，47.1%CDE＝CDFI，无1例CDE
The Role of ColorDoppler Energy and Color Doppler Flow
Imaging in the Diagnosis of Renal Neoplasm

ABSTRACT Objective:Tocompare the roles of color Doppler energy (CDE) and color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI)in thediagnosis of renal neoplasm.Methods：Fifty-one cases with different kinds of renalneoplasm were examined by CDE and CDFI.The blood supply characteristics of renal neoplasmand the showing ability of CDE and CDFI were studied and compared.Results:92.7% renal cellcarcinomas showed high blood perfusion,80.5% of them were high grade perfusion,50% of themappeared abnormal blood pattern;but all the benign renal tumors were low grade perfusionand their blood patterns were much different from that of renal cell carcinoma(P<0.01).CDEis excellent than CDFI in 52.9%,CDE is equal to CDFI in 47.1%.The sensitivity of CDE issignificant different of CDFI.Conclusion:CDE may nicely distinguish the malignant renalneoplasm to benign tumor,and its showing ability of the blood flow of renal neoplasm issuperior to CDFI.
