摘 要 目的:应用经静脉超声造影二次谐波成像技术,评价异体移植肾脏术后血流灌注状态。方法:用二次谐波超声造影成像和声学定量(AD)技术,获取30例人异体移植肾脏微循环水平的存活状态及术后某些不同反应时的声学定量资料。结果:去除移植术失败者,二次谐波超声造影成像和声学定量成功率达100%(22/22),AD定量:灌注区峰值和曲线下面积造影后较造影前显著增高,视觉判断差异明显(P<0.05);造影后充盈与缺损区视觉判断和定量分析差异显著。(P<0.05)。结论:二次谐波超声造影成像和声学定量技术,对人异体移植肾脏的研究是一种识别力高、相对无创和诊断有效可靠的检测手段。
Study on Renal AllograftPerfusion with Second Harmonic Contrast Ultrasound Imaging

ABSTRACT Objective:To realize thatsecond harmonic contrast ultrasound imaging would improve renal allograft perfusionopacification.Methods:In 30 cases with renal allografts,an intravenous injection ofSHU-508A was performed in second harmonic contrast ultrasound imaging which was comparedwith per-injection by quantitative assessment of acoustic densitometry of renalmicrostructure.Results:The peak intensity,the area under the curve and the half-time ofwash-out were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Theresults showed that the second harmonic contrast ultrasound imaging is a safe,efficientnew technique for assessing microstructure of renal allografts.
