摘 要 目的：探讨B超对儿童髋关节一过性滑膜炎(TSH)的检查诊断标准。方法：选取确诊的单侧病变66例，采用髋关节前侧切面，检查股骨颈颈前间隙，并随机抽查77例健康儿童双髋对照。结果：TSH的患髋股骨颈颈前间隙增宽，统计学处理有显著意义(P<0.001)。TSH超声声像分为关节囊肿胀型与关节腔积液型。结论：超声声像能够准确反映正常髋关节组织结构和TSH病变变化，可客观诊断该病。
UltrasonographyDiagnosis for Transient Synovitis of Hip in Children

ABSTRACT Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic criteriaof ultrasnography(US)on the hip joints with transient synovitis(TSH)in children.Methods：Sixtysix children with unilateral TSH having been clinically proved,anteriolateral sections ofhip joints were approached and the anterior space of femoral neck were examined.Bilateralhip joint of 77 healthy children were compared randomly.Results:The anterior space of thefemoral neck in TSH which was compared with that of the normal hip was significantlywider.Two types of TSH were classified in US:capsular swelling and synovialeffusion.Conclusions:US images can make different manifiestations in normal hip structuresand TSH in children.
