【摘要】 目的 探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)致胆管损伤的原因及防治。 方法 回顾分析我院腹腔镜胆囊切除术618例中发生胆管损伤7例的临床资料。发生率为1.13%。分析损伤的部位、类型、发现时间及手术方法。 结果 本组7例全部治愈，随访1～4年，均健康状况良好。 结论 预防胆管损伤是关键，胆管空肠Rou-en-Y吻合治疗胆管损伤的效果良好。
