【摘要】 目的 探讨King达标互动护理理论在青光眼患者临床护理中的应用效果。方法 运用King达标互动护理理论的主要观点、提议和概念对1例青光眼患者进行护理评估、诊断，通过交流、沟通和互动，鼓励患者主动参与实现获得最佳健康状态目标的活动，共同实现制定的护理目标。结果 建立了良好的护患关系，有效改善了患者的情绪和睡眠状态，患者能清楚地陈述青光眼相关知识和保健措施，共同制定的护理目标均有效完成。结论 此理论较适用于类似于青光眼一类慢性疾病的护理实践的指导，能有效发挥慢性病患者主动参与康复和维持最佳健康状态的积极性，能促进患者积极参与自我保健和监测措施，对控制慢性疾病的发展将起到积极的作用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the interaction of King's theory applied to the clinical nursing.Methods Using the standpoint, suggestion and conception of King's theory in communicating with the glaucoma sufferers, encouraging them to participate the nursing care integrally, and finally reach the target and get the best health. And then we, nurses and the patients can set the healthy target together.Results We do establish the better relationship between nurses and the patients, improve their spirit and make them sleeping well. The suffers can clearly tell the knowledge and caring measure of the glaucoma, then complete all the nursing target effectively.Conclusion King's theory can be the instruction in the nursing practice of the glaucoma and other chronic disease just like the glaucoma, make the suffers participate nursing care on their own initiative, positively maintain the best health status, participate self-health care and inspection method.
