【摘要】 目的 观察国产头孢呋辛钠对呼吸系统感染性疾病的治疗效果。 方法 选择呼吸系统感染性疾病患者30例，给予头孢呋辛钠每次1.5g，静脉滴注，每日2次，7～10天为1个疗程，并观察其临床疗效及细菌消除情况。 结果 临床总有效率为90%，细菌清除率为86.96%。 结论 国产头孢呋辛钠治疗呼吸系统感染性疾病疗效确切，效果良好。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of domestic cefuroxime sodium on respiratory tract infec-tions.Methods 30cases of respiratory tract infections were enrollde in this study.Cefuroxime sodiumwas given in a dose of1.5g iv bid for7-10days and the therapeutic effect and bacteria clearance rate were observed.Results To-tal effective rate was90%and bacteria clearance rate86.96%.Conclusion Domestic cefuroxime sodium is very ef-fective in treating respiratory tract infections.
